A guest-focused role within reception and guest experience, dedicated to personalised service, proactive communication and creating memorable experiences throughout every stage of the guest journey.

Responsibilities
  • Engaging with guests daily and proactively identifying their needs
  • Leading and coordinating guest experience activities while monitoring service quality
  • Proactively presenting and selling experience packages, additional services and special offers
  • Recommending local attractions, activities, restaurants and D'OR Group experiences, including D'OR Beach Club
  • Communicating with guests before arrival, throughout their stay and after departure
  • Handling guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Preparing daily reports and maintaining regular communication with reception and resort management
  • Suggesting improvements in hospitality standards and the overall guest experience
Requirements
  • Degree in tourism, management, communications or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in reception, concierge services or direct guest relations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Proactive, independent and highly guest-oriented approach
  • Active English knowledge; additional languages are an advantage
  • Knowledge of PMS systems and MS Office
  • Commercial confidence in presenting and selling additional services
  • Knowledge of Istria's tourism, gastronomy and wine scene is an advantage
Technical Services & Maintenance Manager

Responsible for the technical reliability, safety and continuous maintenance of accommodation units, facilities, infrastructure and equipment across the Group, with a strong focus on prevention, organisation and timely execution.

Responsibilities
  • Organising and leading the daily work of the technical services team
  • Planning regular, preventive, corrective and seasonal maintenance
  • Assigning priorities and tasks while monitoring the quality of completed work
  • Overseeing the technical condition of accommodation units, shared areas and infrastructure
  • Identifying potential failures, refurbishments and larger technical interventions in advance
  • Coordinating external service providers, contractors and suppliers
  • Maintaining accurate records of faults, interventions, materials and spare parts
  • Planning procurement and regularly reporting on property condition and required investments
Requirements
  • Previous experience in technical maintenance within hotels, resorts, campsites or similar properties
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead a smaller technical team
  • Structured, systematic and independent approach to work
  • Ability to set priorities and respond calmly in urgent situations
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, sanitary, HVAC or pool systems is highly desirable
  • Understanding of workplace safety, fire protection and technical security standards
  • Basic computer skills and experience maintaining technical records
  • Valid category B driving licence
MICE, Events & Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Organising private celebrations, corporate events and tailor-made experiences
  • Coordinating weddings, retreats, gala dinners and special events
  • Communicating with clients, agencies, performers, partners and suppliers
  • Preparing proposals and coordinating enquiries, bookings and event details
  • Contributing to the development of event concepts, content and programmes
  • Coordinating internal teams and external collaborators during event delivery
  • Supporting sales and promotional activities across the D'OR Group system
  • Ensuring a high level of service, detail and operational precision throughout each project
Requirements
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, responsible and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Professional and welcoming communication with clients and partners
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Interest or experience in hospitality, events, MICE or luxury lifestyle concepts
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, detail and presentation
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and during live event operations
