What data we process
- Contact form and e-mail: name, e-mail address, subject and your message.
- Job applications: your CV, cover letter and any other details you send us (e.g. contact details, work experience, availability, preferred brand and location).
- Website use: technical data such as IP address, browser and time of access, recorded in our hosting provider’s server logs, and a technically necessary session cookie that protects the contact form.

Purpose and legal basis
- Answering enquiries and partnership requests – our legitimate interest and steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).
- Recruitment – steps prior to entering into an employment contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); keeping your application for future openings only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Security and operation of the website – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.

Who receives your data
- Hosting and e-mail: Infonet (infonet.hr), Croatia – hosts this website and delivers form messages from our own server.
- Managers of the D’Or Group brand you applied for or enquired about.
- Accountants, IT support and authorities – only where necessary or required by law.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking, and fonts are hosted on our own server.

How long we keep data
Enquiries are deleted at the latest 12 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a business relationship. Job applications are kept until the end of the recruitment process and deleted at the latest 6 months afterwards; with your consent we may keep them for up to 2 years for future openings. Server logs are deleted after a short period by our hosting provider.

Cookies
This website uses only a technically necessary session cookie (PHPSESSID) that protects the contact form, and stores in your browser that you have seen our cookie notice. No consent is required for this storage. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing). To exercise your rights, write to careers@dorgroup.eu.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb – azop.hr.
